Restaurant view is nice.
Hotel should have 2 stars not four. Room and bathroom are too small, Clima doesen t work. Lifts are too small for all guests.

Everything especially the marvelous breakfast in the morning,the room service, & the kindness of turkish people. I loved turkey so much & wish to live in it forever.

Everything, the people, service and the rooms which are very dirty and small. I advise to lower this hotl to one star.

Vera noisy room, looks like these is no wall between. Reception staff unfriendly, low level of service.

Location was good and the food was ok.
The room was very small and in need of refurbishment, we were at times without electricity.

The location was great for getting around and it was very close to many types of stores, it was close to all of tourist attractions. Kind reception, nice and helpful staff, the breakfast was great and delicious and the view of restaurant was amazing specially early in the morning you can see sun rise, next time if I want to travel to Istanbul I will stay in this hotel again.

Less facilities compare with 4 star hotel. Don't trust pictures from website, actually the rooms are very very small & not clean .... No recommended.. Worst

The best thing about this hotel was its location close to shops and restaurants. It was quieter than the city center, Taksim and Istiklal Street, so it was easier to sleep at night.
Only one receptionist was friendly and understood English. We had to struggle with all the others and they were not too helpful or informative.
